It was easy to get to where you needed to go whether to the movies , hospital, store, or even some place to eat it was only mins away.

Bathroom was too small and tub drain didn't work. It was also pretty dingy in there.

Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location. Good value for the money.

Could have been a little cleaner. Dead bugs on the windowsill behind the drapes.

The bed was comfy! I forgot shampoo and conditioner so I was happy to see some provided in the bathroom!

While the air conditioner in the room worked the hallway seemed very warm. It would have been convenient if the ice machine closest to my room would've been in working order.

The only negative had nothing to do with the hotel, but with the residents. Very noisy, talking loudly in hallways slamming doors.

We didn't get to eat breakfast we had to be at the hospital at 5am for surgery. But it was far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. We have been staying in motels in the area for 3 months we while my son has been in the hospital. The only thing I wish you had was a hot tub. After a long day at the hospital it would be nice.thanks for having a clean place to rest our heads

Location is convenient to I-70 and US 63. Lots of amenities nearby. The room was clean, and the bathroom was reasonably updated and clean.

The p-tac unit in the room didn't work. It was 78 degrees in Columbia on the day I stayed, and the p-tac couldn't cool the room to a comfortable temperature. I went to the nearby Walmart store and bought a fan. I didn't sleep well at all because the room was hot. At check-out, I told the desk person about the problem. She offered me $5 off after I asked about an adjustment. She said that she'd discuss a larger amount of adjustment with the manager and send me an e-mail. So far, no e-mail at all. I wasn't holding my breath that I'd receive any communication. This is an older tired property in need of renovation. They should, at least, make sure the p-tac units are in working order, so guests can have reasonably comfortable temperatures in the rooms.

I liked the location and price.

While the room where the beds were was clean, the bathroom seemed a little ran down. It was very small and seemed to need to be deep cleaned. Perhaps the bathrooms need to be remodeled some.
